The content on this site — text, photos, logos and design — belongs to All Glass Worx and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
In-home estimates are free and carry no obligation. A written quote provided after an on-site measurement is a locked-in price for the scope described in that quote and is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work you request beyond that scope will be quoted separately and in writing before it is performed.
Promotional offers shown on this site (for example, a monthly discount on shower enclosures) apply only to new quotes booked during the promotion period, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area at the scheduled time and to remove or protect fragile items nearby. If we cannot access the site at the scheduled time, we will reschedule at the earliest availability.
Payment terms are stated on your written quote. Custom glass is fabricated to your measurements and cannot be returned once ordered.
We warrant the workmanship of our installations for as long as the original customer owns the property. If an installation we performed fails because of our workmanship, we will repair it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage from impact, misuse, settling, water intrusion unrelated to our work, or products not supplied by us. Manufacturer warranties on glass units and hardware are passed through to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Glass Worx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
By providing your phone number or email you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from us about your project as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
